Wheelchair and rollator users are always very welcome at Madame Tussauds. However, strict fire regulations dictate that we can only admit two wheelchair users at any one time. We would therefore strongly recommend you book your visit.

Can I take a buggy / pram into Madame Tussauds?
Yes, it's possible to enter the attraction with a buggy. Do consider the fact that there are various different staircases within the attraction. Madame Tussauds does not offer any storage facilities for buggies or prams. Of course our staff can help you to carry the buggy.
